Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from American Xpert. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
The actual return process and applicable refund will be handled by the original manufacturer of the item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item). In such cases, we will provide instructions for return shipping to the original manufacturer of the item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we or the original manufacturer have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Exchanges
This can only be done if item is in original packaging etc. etc.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Anything custom made or assembled, such as chain slings.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update and modify our return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
